Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 1. Cancellations

  Cancellations made by the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the timing and nature of the booking. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at info@holidaychaska.com.

  • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus the applicable cancellation fee (as specified during booking).
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

• 2. Refund Process

  Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment service provider.

• 3. Non-Refundable Services

  Certain services, including non-refundable hotel deposits, airline tickets, special offers, promotional packages, or third-party bookings, may not be eligible for a refund. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.

• 4. Changes to Bookings

  If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing travel dates, destinations, or services, please contact us as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• 5. Refunds for Unused Services

  If you do not utilize any part of the booked services, including tours, hotel stays, transportation, or activities, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

• 6. Force Majeure

  In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, Holiday Chaska may offer a partial refund, full refund, travel credit, or allow rescheduling without penalty, depending on the circumstances and supplier policies.

• 7. Disputes

  If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving the decision. We will review your concern and work towards a fair resolution in accordance with our policies.
